What if my order is lost or never arrived?

How long will my shipment take?
All US shipments will have a delivery time between of 2-7 business days based on destination and drop-off time. Orders placed between Sunday and Thursday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day on Monday.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time we do not fulfill order requests for shipments to Canada and other countries outside of the US.

Yes, our products are available in local stores in Charlotte, North Carolina. We also sell online direct-to-consumer and Amazon so we can pass on the cost savings to our customers and provide the best possible value and experience.
What kind of bottles are you using and are they recyclable?
We use PET plastic bottles that are BPA-free, phthalate-free and fully recyclable.
How is the beverage pasteurized?
We use the hot filling process that produces consistent results and uses heat to pasteurize. The beverage is heated to a high temperature and held for a short amount of time. The beverage is then filled at a high enough temperature to sterilize the interior of the PET plastic bottle and cap.
