Where does “Blacktumbler” come from?
Blacktumbler is the name of a delicious, healthy and popular fruit in the West African country of Sierra Leone.


Where was Blacktumbler founded?
The Blacktumbler Company was founded by two entrepreneurs and launched in their hometwon of Carlotte, North Carolina.

Antioxidants found in foods and beverages help fight the naturally occurring cell degeneration or oxidation stress that occurs in our body over time. This cell degeneration can cause diseases and antioxidants help to prevent it.


How do I track my order?
After your order has been processed a tracking number will be sent to your email address on file. Make sure that your email address is entered correctly. However, if you have any questions about your order, you can contact us 24/7 via email and we will be there to help you and answer any questions. On the day of delivery of your shipment, we will follow up with you via email to make that you received your shipment and there were no problems.


Do I get notification when my order ships out?
After your order has been processed a notification along with the tracking number and delivery date will be sent to your email address on file. Make sure that your email address is entered correctly.


What if my order is lost or never arrived?
Immediately send an email to info@drinkblacktumbler.com and we will get in touch with the carrier the following business day to resolve the problem. Ensure you have provided specific and clear delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout.

What if my shipment was damaged?
We apologize for the damage to your shipment. Please send us an image of the damage via email and we will work with you to ship a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.


How long will my shipment take?
All US shipments will have a delivery time between of 2-5 business days based on origin, destination and drop-off time. Orders placed between Sunday and Thursday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day on Monday.


Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Currently, we only fulfill orders that are shipped in the mainland US. At this time we do not fulfill order requests for shipments to Canada and other countries outside of the US. 


How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online at any time. Click the "Shop" tab at the top of any page and choose your desired products. Enter your billing and shipping information and we will process your order.

Shipping is FREE. Always.

Our 6 pack minimum order allows us to provide the most value and savings for our customers.

This site is built on the Shopify platform. Do you sell your products in stores?
At this time we don’t sell our product through traditional retail stores. We sell online direct-to-consumer so we can pass on the cost savings to our customers and provide the best possible value and experience.


What kind of bottles are you using and are they recyclable?
We use PET plastic bottles that are BPA-free, phthalate-free and fully recyclable.

How is the beverage pasteurized?
We use the hot filling process that produces consistent results and uses heat to pasteurize. The beverage is heated to a high temperature and held for a short amount of time. The beverage is then filled at a high enough temperature to sterilize the interior of the PET plastic bottle and cap.
